Xinics provides LMS (Learning Management System) solutions based on Canvas LMS (an open-source project) and its own CMS (Content Management System) solutions to universities and academic institutions.
I, as a Full Stack Developer, am fully designing and implementing new features (front-end, back-end, testing, deployment…) on a client-by-client basis.
The technology stack involves mainly:
- JavaScript, TypeScript, React and Redux for the front-end,
- PHP, Laravel and Ruby for the back-end,
- Mocha, Chai, and Jest for testing,
- Bitbucket Pipelines for building, testing, and deploying web applications to production environments
My responsibilities include:
- collaborating with teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable development tasks;
- provide operational support, promptly addressing and resolving any bugs or issues that arise;
- developing internal tools, including the release version management system used in the office as well as the object storage migration tool and a validator for the migration tool;
- contributing to Canvas LMS, the open-source project our services are mostly based on; and
- developing custom solutions to integrate Student Information Systems (SIS) across various educational applications.

I, as a recruitment consultant of the Tech & Transformation Team, specialised in recruiting Technology professionals such as Software Engineers, C-levels, PMs, UI/UX designers, etc. I was in charge of:
- providing human resources market analysis;
- consulting on staffing/hiring decisions;
- liaison with the client, collecting background information and hiring criteria from the client;
